About the role
The Process Excellence Analyst at Bread Financial identifies, analyzes, and improves key business processes, streamlines workflows, and boosts efficiency. Working closely with the Lead and reporting to the Manager – Operations Excellence, the role applies data-driven insights and lean methodologies to optimize processes, contribute to improvement plans, and track progress. Based in Bangalore, India, this is a hybrid full-time role requiring work in the corporate office as required.
What you’ll do
- Assist the Lead in identifying and prioritizing processes for improvement.
- Conduct comprehensive process mapping and analysis, including data collection and documentation.
- Apply lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies to pinpoint bottlenecks, waste, and optimization opportunities.
- Develop and implement improvement plans, including process redesign, automation, and standardization initiatives.
- Gather and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of process improvements and present findings to the Lead.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of process documentation and improvement tracking systems.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather input and implement process changes.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or related field of study.
- 2+ years of experience working in process analysis, data analysis, or similar.
Nice to have
Certification in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
