About the role

Process Excellence team at MUFG Global Service Private Limited drives enterprise-wide continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma methodologies. The analyst leads training programs, coaches employees in advanced process mapping, and manages end‑to‑end improvement initiatives that align with MUFG strategic objectives. Based in Bengaluru, India, on‑site role with occasional travel for workshops and training sessions.

What you’ll do

• Conduct Lean Six Sigma training programs
• Facilitate workshops and problem‑solving sessions
• Coach teams in Level 3 process mapping and redesign
• Lead end‑to‑end improvement initiatives and track benefits
• Collaborate with business analysts, technology and development teams
• Champion standardization and governance frameworks
• Analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Communicate progress and outcomes to senior leadership

What you’ll bring

• 4+ years in Process Excellence or Lean Six Sigma
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification (Black Belt preferred)
• Advanced process mapping (L3) using Visio or PowerPoint
• Proven experience delivering virtual and in‑person training
• Strong stakeholder management across senior leadership
• Experience with AI‑enabled tools such as Microsoft Copilot
• Project management of large‑scale improvement programs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
