About the role
Portfolio Management team at Thomson Reuters builds data-driven insights for finance leadership. The Senior BI & AI Engineer designs and maintains complex Power BI reports and Snowflake dataflows, develops LLM-powered agentic workflows using Claude, and automates processes with Power Automate. Hyderabad, hybrid work model (2-3 days onsite).
What you’ll do
- Design and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and dataflows
- Build and optimize Snowflake schemas, pipelines, and integrations
- Develop and deploy Claude-based AI workflows for data querying and report generation
- Create and manage Power Automate flows for process automation
- Collaborate with finance and product teams to gather requirements and deliver tools
- Establish AI prompt engineering standards and evaluation frameworks
What you’ll bring
- 8-10 years BI/data engineering experience
- 3+ years advanced Power BI development
- 1-2 years LLM workflow development
- Proficiency in Snowflake SQL and Python
- Strong DAX and data modeling skills
- Experience with Power Automate
