About the role

Business Intelligence team at ATS Automation builds enterprise analytics solutions to drive data‑driven decisions. The Senior BI Developer leads design, development, deployment and support of Tableau dashboards, data sources and governance frameworks, collaborating with business stakeholders and IT partners. Bangalore office, on-site work model, with opportunities to mentor junior team members and shape BI best practices.

What you’ll do

  • Design and develop enterprise BI dashboards and data sources
  • Administer Tableau environment including users, permissions, licensing and monitoring
  • Implement governance standards and ensure SOX compliance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
  • Provide production support, troubleshoot issues and manage releases
  • Document standards, best practices and technical procedures

What you’ll bring

  • 5-7 years BI/Analytics experience
  • Expertise in Tableau dashboard development and server administration
  • Strong SQL and relational database skills
  • Experience implementing data governance and SOX compliance
  • Ability to translate business requirements into reporting solutions
  • Proficient in change and release management processes

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Tableau certification (preferred)
  • Microsoft SQL Server or Power BI certifications (desired)
