Senior BI Developer

About the role

Payoneer, a global payments platform, seeks a Senior BI Developer to build and deploy end‑to‑end analytics solutions in Google Cloud. The role involves designing data models, building ELT pipelines with BigQuery, dbt, and Looker, translating business needs into technical specifications, and leading BI initiatives across the organization. Candidates must have 6+ years of BI experience, expert SQL skills, and hands‑on Looker and dbt proficiency. Strong ownership, problem‑solving, and multitasking abilities are essential, along with experience in cloud data environments and data modeling. Preferred experience includes GCP, AI tools, and payments industry knowledge. The position is full‑time, on‑site in Gurugram, India.

What you’ll do

• Design, develop, deploy end‑to‑end BI solutions in GCP
• Translate business requirements into technical specs
• Lead complex BI initiatives end‑to‑end
• Provide ongoing BI support to Finance
• Maintain data pipelines for BI solutions
