About the role
Consumer Leadership team in GBS at Accenture drives financial strategy and reporting for the commercial finance experience. The Delivery Lead Senior Manager owns P&L delivery, manages forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis, and provides actionable insights to senior finance stakeholders. Gurugram, on-site, hybrid schedule with occasional travel as needed.
What you’ll do
- Lead annual budgets and periodic forecasts
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend actions
- Develop financial models for scenario planning
- Deliver financial reports and dashboards to senior leadership
- Collaborate cross‑functional teams to optimize costs
- Drive automation and best practices in FP&A processes
- Mentor and manage FP&A analysts
- Support consumer delivery lead on value creation across product categories
What you’ll bring
- CA or CFA certification
- 8-12 years progressive finance experience
- Proven budgeting and forecasting track record
- Experience in FMCG/CPG/Tobacco industry
- Advanced Excel (macros, pivot tables)
- ERP systems (SAP)
- FP&A tools (Alteryx, Tableau, Lean Six Sigma)
- Strong stakeholder management
