What you’ll do

  • Redesign AI‑native SDLC intake, refinement, estimation and reporting
  • Run pre‑mortems and drive structural fixes for high‑risk initiatives
  • Lead cross‑BL programs, mapping dependencies and executive reporting
  • Co‑own Delivery Intelligence Platform modules and define readiness criteria
  • Provide strategic narrative updates to directors and senior leadership
  • Mentor paired Senior Delivery Operations toward lead readiness
  • Collaborate with engineering directors and PMs to align roadmap intent
  • Use delivery data (throughput, cycle time, blockers) to inform decisions

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years Agile delivery or program management
  • Experience owning business‑line or program‑level delivery outcomes
  • Proven cross‑functional influence without direct authority
  • Executive communication fluency
  • Advanced Jira and Confluence skills
  • Hands‑on use of AI tools (Claude, Cursor, etc.)
  • Ability to identify and fix systemic delivery problems
  • Mentorship experience for senior delivery operations
