Senior Software Engineer

About the role

YASH Technologies is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer – .NET, Angular & Azure to develop, enhance, and maintain scalable web applications. Day-to-day work includes designing and building full-stack solutions with ASP.NET Core, C#, and Angular, creating RESTful APIs, deploying and managing apps on Microsoft Azure, working with SQL Server/NoSQL databases, implementing security practices, and collaborating with QA, DevOps, and business teams. The role is based in Bangalore, KA, IN.

What you’ll do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET Core, C#, and Angular
• Build RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end applications
• Develop responsive and user-friendly UI using Angular (v8+), HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript
• Deploy and manage applications on Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure Functions, Storage, etc.)
• Work with SQL Server and/or NoSQL databases to design efficient data models
• Implement authentication, authorization, and data security best practices
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT
• 4 to 6 years of experience
• Strong experience with ASP.NET Core / Web API and C#, including Entity Framework / EF Core
• Angular (v8 or higher) with TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap / Material UI
• Microsoft Azure experience (App Services, Azure DevOps, Storage, Functions) and CI/CD pipelines
• SQL Server knowledge including queries and performance tuning
• Proficiency with Git / Azure Repos and Agile / Scrum methodology
• Unit testing and debugging skills

Nice to have

• Experience with Microservices architecture
• Knowledge of Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) or Docker
• Exposure to Blazor or other modern UI frameworks
• Understanding of OWASP security principles
• Experience in performance optimization and scalability
