About the role

IT department at Tech Mahindra focuses on delivering SAP CRM solutions for utilities. The Tech Lead drives end‑to‑end CRM for Utilities implementations, designs and customizes CRM objects, and oversees middleware integrations. Works onsite in Noida, coordinating a team of developers and consultants to deliver robust SAP CRM functionalities.

What you’ll do

• Lead technical design and architecture for SAP CRM projects
• Guide and mentor development team on ABAP and CRM best practices
• Implement and troubleshoot middleware interfaces and services
• Develop and enhance CRM objects, Web UI, and integration components
• Ensure quality and compliance of deliverables across implementations

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years SAP CRM for Utilities experience
• End‑to‑end CRM implementation delivery
• ABAP development and RICEFW creation
• Design and implementation of BADI/BAPI/IDOC integrations
• Customization of CRM one‑order framework
• Development of Web UI, BSP, AJAX, OData services
• Middleware monitoring and enhancements
• Knowledge of PI and ECC/S4H integration
