About the role

Finance Partner role within Haleon's Finance team, responsible for global performance reporting, analytics and insights to drive profitable growth. Works cross‑functionally with Category, OU and Finance teams to create and maintain dashboards, visualisations and ad‑hoc analyses, translating complex data into clear actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders. Bengaluru, on‑site role, hybrid schedule not specified.

What you’ll do

• Create and maintain global performance reports including sales, brand performance and contribution margin
• Provide ad‑hoc performance analysis on strategic themes for categories and HET
• Develop reporting solutions, templates and visualisation capabilities
• Ensure accuracy, clarity and strategic relevance of reporting outputs
• Promote automated reporting tools and recommend enhancements
• Collaborate with analytics, FP&A and finance transformation teams to ensure consistency

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years business intelligence or market data analysis in a global organisation
• Strong understanding of data management, governance and modern data technologies
• Proficiency with Power BI and reporting tools
• Ability to present complex data insights clearly to senior audiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in matrixed environments
• Collaborative experience across functions and geographies
