About the role

Roche Group Function Finance seeks a GFF Finance Enterprise Partner to embed within the new finance ecosystem, enabling business mission delivery and transparency. The role involves partnering with RDT leadership to drive strategic value, co-create business cases, and lead cross-functional financial initiatives across Hyderabad or Pune. This is a full-time position requiring on-site presence in one of the specified locations.

What you’ll do

Partner with Head of RDT functions to influence strategic, operational, and financial ambitions
Co-create business cases with rigor to ensure transparency and organization-wide impact
Provide financial leadership for cross-functional/multi-site projects and translate complex data into actionable outcomes
Challenge and influence finance and non-finance stakeholders to define clear outcomes and allocate resources
Collaborate within the Finance network to share best practices and align on business value
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and radical simplification across the finance ecosystem

What you’ll bring

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (MA/MBA preferred)
8+ years of experience in Finance Business Partnering
Robust core finance skills including technical, systems, processes, and concepts
High fluency in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to understand business context and apply sound judgment
