What you’ll do
- Build, maintain, and support ServiceNow service maps
- Manage CMDB data quality, CI relationships, reconciliation exceptions, remediation activities
- Validate service dependencies with service owners, application owners, technical SMEs
- Support Discovery operations, investigate mapping and discovery issues
- Perform service map reviews, certification, and periodic validation
- Produce operational reports, document exceptions, support governance and audit requirements
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping experience
- Strong knowledge of CSDM, CI lifecycle management, dependency mapping
- Experience with infrastructure, applications, cloud platforms, ITSM processes
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, stakeholder engagement skills
