About the role

Enterprise Applications Cloud ERP practice at Datavail focuses on Oracle technology solutions for finance and planning. The Principal Technical Specialist designs, configures, and implements ARCS and EPBCS solutions, leads data migration, integration, and custom reporting to streamline reconciliation and budgeting processes. Works across Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Mumbai with a hybrid model, collaborating with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure compliance and performance.

What you’ll do

• Configure and implement ARCS and EPBCS modules
• Lead data migration and ensure data integrity
• Develop integration points with ERP and other systems
• Optimize reconciliation workflows and reporting
• Provide user training and ongoing support
• Collaborate with finance and IT teams on requirements
• Maintain system performance and security settings
• Document configurations and audit compliance

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years Oracle ARCS implementation
• 5+ years Oracle EPBCS configuration
• Experience with data migration and system integration
• Strong knowledge of financial reconciliation processes
• Ability to design custom reports and dashboards
• Proficiency in Oracle EPM suite
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills
• Experience training end users
