What you’ll do
- Provide L2 production support for banking applications
- Monitor and resolve incidents in Unix/Linux environments
- Develop and maintain scripts and PL/SQL code
- Coordinate with DBAs and development teams
- Follow ITIL processes for incident management
- Communicate status and resolutions to stakeholders
- Participate in shift rotations as needed
- Assist with scheduler tools like Autosys
What you’ll bring
- 5-8 years overall IT experience
- 4+ years application production support
- Unix/Linux administration
- Oracle PL/SQL scripting
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to work shifts and flexible hours
- ITIL certification preferred
- Knowledge of Java and WebSphere
