About the role

Production Support Engineer, Application Support at Squircle IT Consulting Services. Provides L2/L3 production support for the Xelerate application used in corporate deposit interest calculations and cash management billing across APAC, Middle East, and Europe. Handles incident resolution, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination during 6:30 am‑1:00 pm or 12:30 pm‑9:00 pm shifts in Mumbai, Malad office.

What you’ll do

Provide L2/L3 support for Xelerate application
Monitor and resolve incidents related to interest calculations and billing
Troubleshoot Unix and PL/SQL issues
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams across regions
Maintain documentation and support logs
Ensure compliance with banking and cash management standards
