About the role

Senior QA Automation Engineer at Zeta Global responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests for frontend/UI and backend/API across a data‑powered marketing platform. Leads framework architecture, mentors QA team, integrates tests into CI/CD, and ensures high product quality through rigorous functional and performance testing.

What you’ll do

Automate frontend/UI and backend/API tests, analyze results, report defects.
Improve test automation strategy for coverage and efficiency.
Develop and maintain scalable automation framework for ML platform.
Mentor QA engineers on automation best practices.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipeline.
Document test plans, track bugs, perform regression.

B.S. in Computer Science or related field

5+ years Python/J2EE
Snowflake/HIVE/AWS Athena database automation
Robot Framework expertise
Git workflow proficiency
Agile SDLC experience
Jira/Confluence familiarity
