About the role
Netsmart Healthcare Solutions India builds robust health IT platforms. As a Senior QA Automation Engineer you will design, develop and maintain automated test frameworks, create performance scripts, and lead QA initiatives across web, PC and mobile applications. Bengaluru, India, on-site role with occasional on-call rotation.
What you’ll do
- Setup and maintain automation environment and framework
- Design, develop and maintain modular test automation harness
- Develop efficient automated performance test scripts
- Communicate testing estimates and status
- Identify, report and track product defects
- Participate in product design reviews for testability
- Build and maintain full test automation library
- Write and verify test plans and procedures
- Conduct functional, regression and integrated testing
- Coach and mentor team members
- Analyze test results and defect trends
- Manage QA projects with minimal intervention
- Establish and report QA automation metrics
- Participate in rotational on-call schedule
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3+ years software testing experience
- 2+ years creating automation scripts from scratch
- Extensive QA methodology knowledge
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to read and interpret business requirements
- Mentoring and coaching experience
