About the role
Senior QA Lead with 10+ years in QA, specializing in AI-based application testing and API automation. Lead QA strategy for AI-driven products like Meeting Assistant (Agentic AI) and Legal SDL platform. Drive API-first automation, validate AI/ML components, establish test frameworks, CI/CD integration, and quality KPIs. Mentor QA team and manage end-to-end testing.
What you’ll do
- Define QA strategy across AI products

- Drive API-first automation and coverage
- Validate AI/ML components and prompts
- Establish test frameworks and CI/CD integration
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, AI teams
- Manage test planning, execution, reporting
- Mentor QA engineers
- Define metrics, dashboards, KPIs
