About the role

Advisor360° builds a SaaS platform that transforms wealth management operations, delivering end‑to‑end advisor and client experiences. The Senior QA Automation Lead Engineer drives mobile quality engineering, defines testing strategies for iOS/Android, builds scalable automation frameworks, and mentors QA engineers. Role works in Bangalore with a hybrid model (on‑site Monday and Wednesday).

What you’ll do

• Define and execute mobile testing strategies for iOS and Android
• Develop and maintain test plans covering functional, regression, integration, usability, performance
• Lead and mentor QA engineers in automation framework development
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, designers throughout lifecycle
• Analyze regression results, identify defects, coordinate resolution
• Track sprint‑level quality metrics and automation effectiveness
• Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, process improvements

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years QA experience
• Deep expertise in mobile automation frameworks (Appium, Maestro, Detox, XCUITest, Espresso)
• Leadership in QA automation teams
• Strong analytical and data‑driven problem solving
• Excellent stakeholder communication

Nice to have

• Experience with AI‑powered testing (test generation, self‑healing)
• Building quality dashboards and metrics
• Shift‑left testing and CI/CD integration
• Fintech or wealth‑management domain knowledge
