About the role

As a Senior Associate, QA Automation you will design, implement and evolve test automation frameworks, drive TDD adoption and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines. Based in Pune, hybrid work model with on‑site and remote days.
What you’ll do
- Design and evolve automation frameworks across products
- Define automation standards and best practices
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Drive TDD and quality‑first mindset
- Execute cross‑browser testing using BrowserStack
- Develop functional, regression, performance tests
- Perform root cause analysis for defects
- Collaborate with developers and product owners
What you’ll bring
- Proven test automation experience
- Expertise with Cypress Cloud
- Experience with Selenium WebDriver
- Knowledge of Cucumber and Reqnoll
- Familiarity with BrowserStack and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of Monorepo test orchestration
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities
