What you’ll bring
- 5+ years ServiceNow implementation experience
- Hands‑on expertise with ITSM, CMDB, ITOM modules
- Strong scripting and configuration skills
- Experience with REST API integrations
- Knowledge of data modelling and CSDM
- Background in regulated banking environment
