About the role
Equifax Analytics team builds secure, scalable software solutions for financial services. As Software Engineering Manager you guide cross‑functional engineering squads (software, quality, SRE), define technical vision, manage SLAs/SLOs, and mentor talent while partnering with product and business stakeholders. Hybrid work in Trivandrum, India, with occasional onsite days.
What you’ll do
- Define technical roadmap and vision
- Mentor and develop engineering teams
- Partner with architects and SRE to set SLA/SLO/SLI targets
- Lead sprint planning and technical documentation
- Drive secure development practices and FinOps KPIs
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years software engineering
- 3+ years people management
- Experience with Event‑Driven architecture
- GCP or AWS cloud expertise
- CI/CD pipeline experience
Nice to have
Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent
