What you’ll do

• Lead technical solutioning for new initiatives and enhancements
• Drive architecture and design decisions ensuring scalability and security
• Own system performance, reliability, and resilience across app and DB layers
• Manage end‑to‑end delivery from requirement to post‑release stabilization
• Coordinate with product, security, architecture, QA, DevOps and vendors
• Enforce engineering standards, best practices and governance
• Mentor and coach engineering team members
• Ensure compliance with BFSI regulatory requirements

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years software engineering experience
• Strong hands‑on ASP.NET development
• Expertise with Microsoft SQL Server
• Proven team leadership and stakeholder management
• Architecture and design of scalable, secure systems
• Performance tuning and optimization of SQL queries
• Experience with Azure services (queues, caching)
• Health insurance or broader BFSI domain exposure
