About the role
This Manager role within EXL's Transitions function leads transition initiatives across the company's global footprint, ensuring successful delivery while building the Transitions capability and bringing thought leadership to improve setup and implementation. Day-to-day, the incumbent leads new business pursuits (RFPs) to develop customized solutions and takes over Transitions of a specific client engagement as the Lead when an opportunity translates into new business. Based in Uttar Pradesh, India, this is a full-time hybrid position.

- Lead Transitions anywhere across the EXL global footprint
- Ensure that Transitions are successful
- Build capability of the Transitions function
- Bring thought leadership that improves Transitions setup and implementation
- Lead new business pursuits (RFPs) to develop customized solutions
- Take over the Transitions of a specific client engagement as the Lead when an opportunity translates into new business
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years of experience, most of which should be in a BPO environment
- 3+ years of the BPO experience should be in Transitions
- Graduate or Post Graduate in any stream
- Analytical skills
