About the role
Codvo’s GIS & Geospatial AI team builds the NeIO GIS Coworker product line, driving AI-powered geospatial solutions for enterprise clients. The Product Lead owns the vision, roadmap, and GTM strategy, translating GIS domain challenges into scalable AI products and leading cross-functional execution. Based in Pune with remote/hybrid options, the role offers high ownership and direct impact on business growth.
What you’ll do
- Own product vision and roadmap for NeIO GIS line
- Translate GIS workflows into AI-driven product opportunities
- Define backlog, prioritize features, and manage releases
- Collaborate with Engineering, AI, Design for execution
- Drive GTM positioning, pricing, and sales enablement
- Lead client delivery and UAT
- Act as bridge between product and delivery teams
- Stay current on GIS and AI trends
What you’ll bring
- 8+ years GIS experience
- Proficiency with ArcGIS, QGIS, PostGIS
- Domain expertise in Oil & Gas, Utilities, Telecom
- Product ownership or solution delivery leadership
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Bachelor’s in Engineering/GIS
- MBA preferred
