The Product Lead defines vision, strategy and roadmap for strategic product areas, works directly with customers to uncover workflows and pain points, and partners with engineering, design and customer success to deliver measurable business outcomes. Pune, on-site role, hybrid collaboration with leadership and go‑to‑market teams.

What you’ll do

• Own strategic product areas end‑to‑end
• Define product vision, strategy and roadmap
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Collaborate with engineering, design, implementation and customer success
• Drive product adoption and measurable business outcomes
• Present strategic recommendations to leadership

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years product management experience
• B2B SaaS product lifecycle ownership
• Strong customer discovery and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority
• Excellent written and verbal communication
