What you’ll do
- Manage P&L for income and cost lines to ensure profitability
- Develop and launch new financial products and optimize existing lines
- Implement cost optimization and budgeting strategies
- Oversee reporting, MIS and data analysis for performance tracking
- Lead marketing campaigns and cross‑selling initiatives
- Coordinate branch expansion and location decisions
- Recruit, coach and develop team members
- Drive stakeholder engagement across sales and operations
