What you’ll do
- Plan and execute internal concurrent audits of gold loan processes
- Enforce controllership and track closure of compliance issues
- Identify and assess compliance and risk vulnerabilities
- Recommend and implement process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with process owners to address observations
- Prepare and present audit reports to heads and stakeholders
What you’ll bring
- CA or MBA equivalent
- Experience in internal audit or risk assessment for lending business
- Proficient in audit and compliance frameworks
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
