About the role

Technical Support team at Workday delivers SaaS solutions for HR and finance. The Senior Associate Technical Support Delivery Analyst troubleshoots functional and technical issues, triages bugs with development, creates knowledge articles, and performs routine admin tasks. Pune, India, hybrid (flexible remote) work model.

What you’ll do

• Case Management: troubleshoot and resolve issues via customer portal
• Technical Triage: identify system bugs and collaborate with development
• Consultative Support: educate customers on feature usage
• Knowledge Creation: write and update Help articles
• Tactical Configuration: perform routine admin tasks
• Bug Documentation: document steps to reproduce and create RCA
• Knowledge Base Contribution: translate tickets into self‑service articles

What you’ll bring

• Strong verbal and written English communication
• Experience delivering technical support in SaaS environment
• Ability to learn new software quickly
• Handle multiple priorities/projects/accounts

Nice to have

Prior experience in recruiting, staffing, or HR industry preferred
