About the role
Arcadis Mechanical/HVAC team designs sustainable HVAC and PHE systems for building and rail projects. The Senior Engineer leads design engineers, ensures high‑quality technical and sustainable designs, coordinates stakeholders, and drives automation, standardization, and value engineering. Bangalore, India with hybrid work model (on‑site and remote).
What you’ll do
- Lead design of HVAC and PHE services for building and rail projects
- Mentor and guide junior design engineers
- Coordinate with project stakeholders and technical workshops
- Drive automation and standardization of design processes
- Perform value engineering and support bid activities
What you’ll bring
- 9+ years HVAC/PHE design experience
- Graduate in Mechanical Engineering
- Proficiency with HAP and IES design tools
- Working knowledge of BIM
- Experience leading mechanical discipline teams
- CEng preferred
