BI Analyst

About the role

This BI Analyst role supports analytics across cloud portfolios including Microsoft, Adobe, Google Cloud, and AWS. The position involves designing dashboards for revenue, renewals, and partner performance while collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to deliver executive-ready insights. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Mumbai, India.

What you’ll do

• Design and maintain dashboards covering revenue, gross margin, renewals, and pipeline
• Track business performance by BDM, region, product, vendor, and partner against targets
• Provide cloud portfolio insights to support business reviews and execution cadence
• Build renewal and customer success analytics to monitor retention and churn indicators
• Support pipeline-to-target analysis and forecast variance reporting
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data across billing, CRM, and internal systems
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring reports and improve self-service analytics
• Prepare executive-ready data packs and insights for leadership and strategic planning

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Commerce, Engineering, IT, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related discipline
• 3–6 years of experience in business intelligence, sales analytics, MIS, or data analytics
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and Power Query
• Working knowledge of SQL, data modelling, DAX, and data transformation

Nice to have

• Experience in cloud, technology distribution, SaaS, or channel business
• Experience building dashboards for sales, revenue, margin, or partner performance
• Exposure to cloud marketplaces, Microsoft CSP, or SaaS business models
• Knowledge of reporting automation and self-service analytics practices
