About the role

This role focuses on developing and maintaining automated business processes using VBA, Python, SQL, and PowerBI. The analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver user‑friendly dashboards and reports. Responsibilities include debugging scripts, performing data profiling, and documenting tools. The position requires intermediate to advanced VBA skills, proficiency in Python and SQL, and experience with PowerBI. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills are essential. The role is based in Indore, India, and is a full‑time, on‑site position.

What you’ll do

Develop process automation tools using VBA, Python, SQL, PowerBI
Enhance and maintain existing macros and scripts
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements
Document new and existing automation processes
Debug and resolve issues in macros, scripts, queries, dashboards
Analyze data to identify trends and anomalies
Create reports and dashboards for management
Track and resolve departmental issues
Assist with special projects and cross-functional teams
Apply Agile practices for iterative development

What you’ll bring

BA degree or equivalent in Business Analytics or related field
Intermediate to advanced VBA for Excel skills
Experience with Python, SQL, PowerBI for process automation

Nice to have

Experience with Git or similar version control systems
Familiarity with Agile development practices
