About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Payroll Specialist to join our HR Shared Services team in Noida. The role focuses on end‑to‑end payroll processing, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations while maintaining accurate payroll records. The successful candidate will coordinate with HR and Finance, prepare statutory filings, manage payroll audits, and support system upgrades. Strong Excel skills, confidentiality, and excellent communication are essential. What you’ll do
- Process end-to-end payroll for employees accurately and timely.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including employee data, attendance, leaves, and benefits.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll-related queries and reconciliations.
- Prepare and submit statutory reports and filings related to payroll (e.g., tax filings, social security contributions).
- Handle payroll audits and resolve discrepancies.
- Support payroll system implementation and upgrades.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and benefits.
- Maintain confidentiality of payroll information.
What you’ll bring
- 3-5 years payroll experience
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and systems
- Familiarity with local labor laws and tax regulations
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Time management and organizational skills
Nice to have
- Experience working in a multi-country or multi-region payroll environment
- End-to-end payroll experience with good Excel skills in Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, UK, or APAC
