About the role
Mastercard Data & Services seeks a Senior Product Manager - Technical to lead the Global Product Management team in Pune, India. The role involves defining product strategy, managing roadmaps, and shaping platform architecture for data-driven solutions. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on delivering technical requirements and driving commercial outcomes.
What you’ll do
- Own and deliver end-to-end strategy for multiple features from inception to launch
- Design and conduct user research to understand customer pain points
- Partner with engineering teams to prioritize development efforts
- Translate business priorities into clear technical requirements
- Ensure alignment between business priorities and development objectives
- Identify issues impacting platform feature delivery timelines
- Provide input into product pricing and go-to-market strategy
- Promote internal and external feature adoption
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant experience
- Proficient agile product management experience in analytical products
- Experience designing and executing user research
- Proven track record collaborating in cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have
- Extensive experience in payments or financial services sectors preferred
- Technical background (e.g., Computer Science) a plus
- Experience in payments industry with data insights a plus
- Certifications in product management and agile processes an added advantage
