Senior Product Manager

About the role

Meesho’s Product Management team drives user-first growth by democratizing internet commerce for Tier 2/4 Indian consumers. As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to discover problems, define solutions, and deliver high-impact products in Bangalore. This on-site role requires managing product analysts and associate product managers while executing rigorous problem discovery and delivery.

What you’ll do

• Understand e-commerce market needs through landscape analysis, customer interviews, and user research
• Identify and prioritize problems using structured approaches and first principles thinking
• Facilitate solution discovery and test ideas using MVPs and prototypes
• Define detailed product requirements and collaborate with design, engineering, and analytics teams
• Create go-to-market plans with business and marketing stakeholders to maximize adoption
• Define product metrics, track usage patterns, and develop action plans to improve performance
• Create a 3-month forward-looking product roadmap for key customer and business problems
• Manage and guide a small team of product analysts and associate product managers

What you’ll bring

• 7+ years overall experience with at least 4+ years in product management within a tech-led company
• Experience in the consumer internet space is preferred
• Exceptional problem-solving skills based on first principles thinking
• Strong understanding of technology and product management processes
