Corporate Supplier Quality Data Analyst

About the role

The Corporate Supplier Quality - Governance & Performance team at ZF India Pvt. Ltd. in Pune, MH, IN drives digitalization to enhance supplier performance transparency and reduce manual reporting workloads. This role involves developing Power BI and Power Platform solutions, creating supplier quality KPI reports, and supporting process standardization across the organization. The position is full-time with domestic and international travel requirements.

What you’ll do

• Develop and maintain tools and report solutions using Power BI and Power Platform
• Create monthly reports on supplier quality KPIs such as PPM, SIR, and SNCC
• Generate lead time reports for Supplier Quality processes
• Manage projects to improve reporting, applications, and process landscape integration
• Support the Supplier Quality organization with data and reporting inquiries
• Design and implement standards within the Supplier Quality function
• Train employees in Procurement on Supplier Quality standards and applications

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, computer science, business management with IT background, or similar
• Very good knowledge of Power BI and Power Platform (Power Apps/Automate)
• Fluent English written and spoken; German preferable
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of management
