About the role

The Corporate Supplier Quality - Governance & Performance team at ZF India Pvt. Ltd. focuses on digitalizing supplier quality processes to enhance transparency and decision-making. As a Data Analyst in Pune, you will develop Power BI reports, manage data tools, and support strategic projects to reduce manual workload. This role requires strong analytical skills and collaboration within an international environment.

What you’ll do

• Develop and maintain report solutions in Power BI and Power Platform
• Create monthly reports on supplier quality KPIs such as PPM and SIR
• Generate lead time reports for Supplier Quality processes
• Support the organization with data and reporting inquiries
• Collaborate on strategic projects to improve process landscapes
• Design and implement standards in Supplier Quality
• Train employees on Supplier Quality standards and applications

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, computer science, or related field
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Very good knowledge of Power BI and Power Platform
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
