Corporate Supplier Quality Data Analyst

About the role

The Corporate Supplier Quality - Governance & Performance team at ZF India Pvt. Ltd. drives digitalization to enhance supplier performance transparency and reduce manual reporting workloads. As a Data Analyst in Pune, you will develop Power BI reports, maintain Power Platform tools, and support strategic projects to improve supplier quality processes. This role requires domestic and international travel.

What you’ll do

• Develop and maintain report solutions using Power BI and Power Platform
• Create monthly reports on supplier quality KPIs such as PPM and SIR
• Generate lead time reports for Supplier Quality processes
• Manage projects to improve reporting and process landscapes
• Support the organization with data and reporting inquiries
• Design and implement standards within Supplier Quality
• Train employees on Supplier Quality standards and applications

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, computer science, or related field
• Fluent English proficiency; German is preferable
• Expert knowledge of Power BI and Power Platform
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
