About the role

Education Loan Team at IDFC FIRST Bank drives international education financing across its territory. The Territory Manager leads a sales team, generates loan disbursements through DSAs, counsellors, branches and digital channels, and cross‑sells insurance and forex products while training partners. Based in Pune, on‑site work model, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Lead and manage sales executives to meet loan disbursement targets
• Generate business via DSAs, counsellors, branches and digital platforms
• Cross‑sell insurance and forex services to loan customers
• Train channel partners on product features, policies and compliance
• Recommend process improvements to enhance service efficiency

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years sales experience in retail lending or international education finance
• Graduation in any discipline
• Proven leadership and team management
• Ability to drive sales targets and cross‑sell financial products
• Experience with digital and traditional sales channels
