About the role

What you’ll do
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve disbursement targets
- Generate business through DSAs, counsellors, bank branches and digital platforms
- Drive cross‑sell of allied financial products such as insurance and forex
- Train channel partners on product features, policies and compliance
- Recommend process changes to improve service efficiency
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years sales experience in retail lending or international education finance
- Proven ability to meet disbursement targets
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
- Familiarity with digital and traditional sales channels
