Trainer, GSF Learning and Development

About the role

GSF Learning and Development team at Amazon drives L&D initiatives for UFF sites, 3P hubs and dark stores in South India. The Trainer designs and delivers training programs, tracks performance metrics, and partners with operations leaders to close learning gaps. Based in Chennai with on-site work model, travel to hubs as needed.

What you’ll do

• Own business goals and identify knowledge gaps
• Recommend and support training interventions for hubs and dark stores
• Track site performance and pre‑announce training actions
• Supervise structured learning metrics and results
• Manage live performance metrics end‑to‑end
• Conduct learning sessions via ITL, digital platforms, Zoom and classroom
• Maintain data analysis reports in Excel
• Ensure completion of digital new‑hire training and coaching programs
• Partner with operations leaders for site health checks
• Identify and certify learning coaches
• Lead improvement projects to enhance business performance
• Drive quality and learning metrics

What you’ll bring

• Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
