About the role
Learning and Development team at Amazon India. The trainer drives L&D activities for UFF sites, 3P hubs and dark stores, identifying knowledge gaps, delivering training sessions, and tracking performance metrics. Based in New Delhi, on-site work model.
What you’ll do
- Own business goals and identify knowledge gaps
- Proactively recommend ways and support mapped hubs and dark stores
- Track site performance and pre‑announce training interventions
- Supervise structured learning metrics and oversee results
- Manage live performance metrics end to end
- Conduct learning sessions on new processes and BQM via ITL or digital learning
- Maintain data and analysis reports in Excel
- Partner with operations leaders for site health checks
What you’ll bring
- Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience using the Training Needs Analysis process, including assessing performance gaps and designing learning solutions
