Trainer, GSF Learning and Development

About the role

GSF Learning and Development team at Amazon drives L&D initiatives for 3P hubs and dark stores in the east. The Trainer designs and delivers training sessions, tracks performance metrics, and partners with operations leaders to close learning gaps. Chennai, on-site role focusing on metric improvement and coaching, with opportunities to lead improvement projects.

What you’ll do

• Own business goals and identify knowledge gaps
• Recommend and support hubs and dark stores to meet goals
• Track site performance and pre‑announce training interventions
• Supervise structured learning metrics and results
• Manage live performance metrics end‑to‑end
• Conduct learning sessions via ITL, digital platforms, Zoom and classroom
• Maintain data analysis reports in Excel
• Ensure completion of digital new hire training programs
• Partner with operations leaders for site health checks
• Identify and certify learning coaches
• Lead individual improvement projects
• Drive quality and learning metrics

What you’ll bring

• Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Nice to have

• Experience using Training Needs Analysis process
• Assessing performance gaps and designing learning solutions
