About the role
GlobeOp India - Airoli 3 supports SS&C's financial services operations, ensuring accurate transaction processing and reporting. The Senior Associate performs complex data analysis, reconciliation, and validation while preparing financial statements and regulatory reports. Mumbai, On-site, hybrid schedule as defined by the team.
What you’ll do
- Perform complex data analysis, reconciliation, and validation for financial transactions
- Process and review financial data ensuring accuracy and policy compliance
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and regulatory reports
- Identify and resolve data or process discrepancies
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to clarify information
- Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Participate in special projects and ad‑hoc assignments
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- 3-5 years financial services or analytical experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge of financial markets and regulatory frameworks a plus
