Talent Acquisition Team at TD SYNNEX seeks a proactive Sourcer to identify and support talent across our global hiring process. The role involves sourcing diverse candidates, coordinating interviews, managing background checks, and collaborating with recruiters to align strategies with departmental needs. Based in Mumbai, India, the position offers a remote work model with flexible hours.

What you’ll do

• Source candidates via Boolean searches, social sites, niche industry searches, and trade groups
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies
• Coordinate candidate interviews and background checks
• Maintain compliance with legal and professional standards
• Manage global employee referral and background check programs
• Ensure job descriptions adhere to global guidelines and SLAs

What you’ll bring

• 1-3 years experience in talent sourcing
• Proficiency with Workday ATS or similar
• Strong data entry and analytical skills
• Excellent communication in English
• Multilingual preferred
• Experience in multi-cultural environments
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions
• Knowledge of background check processes
