What you’ll do
- Source top talent for non‑technical openings
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies across multiple channels
- Maintain clear communication throughout recruitment process
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs
- Manage requisitions and keep ATS records up to date
- Share knowledge and best practices with recruitment team
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years full‑life cycle recruiting experience
- Experience hiring for US‑based companies
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal
