About the role
Everpure Asia Pacific Talent Acquisition team builds robust pipelines for the Global Sales Organization in India, driving revenue and market expansion. The Talent Acquisition Sourcer sources and maps passive sales talent, partners with recruiters and sales leaders, crafts outreach, screens candidates, and maintains a ready-to-hire pipeline. Bangalore, India – 5 days in office, on-site work model.
What you’ll do
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for sales roles
- Conduct market mapping and competitor hunting
- Partner with GSO recruiters and sales directors
- Create persuasive outreach messaging
- Screen candidates for commercial acumen
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years sourcing/recruitment experience
- Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience with ZoomInfo or Apollo
- Familiarity with Workday/Greenhouse ATS
- Sales terminology knowledge
