Talent Acquisition Sourcer

About the role

KLA’s global Talent Acquisition team in Chennai seeks a Sourcer to build pipelines for technical and engineering roles. You will conduct proactive sourcing, engage candidates, and manage data using AI-powered tools. This full-time position is based on-site in Chennai, India.

What you’ll do

• Conduct proactive sourcing and talent mapping for technical roles
• Build and maintain qualified candidate pipelines
• Engage candidates via outreach campaigns and relationship building
• Qualify candidate interest and alignment before recruiter handoff
• Track metrics and present slates within service-level expectations
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers on intake strategies
• Utilize AI-powered recruiting technologies and platforms like HireEZ
• Maintain accurate candidate data in recruiting systems

What you’ll bring

Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Communications, Engineering, or related field with 2+ years experience; OR Master's Degree with 0 years experience

Nice to have

• 2+ years supporting talent acquisition for engineering/technical positions
• Experience with candidate sourcing, talent mapping, and pipeline development
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, and AI-powered sourcing tools
• Experience identifying and engaging passive candidates
• Metrics-driven mindset in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
