About the role

Data Platforms team at Snap Analytics drives global data stack engineering and AI enablement. The Senior Data Platform Consultant leads enterprise-wide data transformation programmes, bridges technical design with business strategy, and mentors associate consultants. Pune, India, hybrid (in‑office), with direct exposure to senior stakeholders across EMEA and strategic board‑level engagements.

What you’ll do

• Lead end‑to‑end data platform strategies aligned to AI and analytics objectives
• Coach and develop associate consultants through complex client scenarios
• Own workstreams on Snowflake and Databricks engagements for EMEA brands
• Engage senior client stakeholders to translate platform decisions into commercial recommendations
• Shape practice methodologies, tooling standards, and knowledge‑sharing culture

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years enterprise data and analytics consulting
• Deep expertise in Snowflake, Databricks, AWS/Azure cloud architecture
• Experience designing large‑scale data platform transformations
• Strong stakeholder management and program planning
• Proven ability to bridge technical design with business value
