Senior Memory Circuit Design Verification Engineer

About the role

Micron Technology seeks a Senior Memory Circuit Design Verification Engineer to own verification of full-chip gate-level designs across DDR5, LPDDR5, DDR6, LPDDR6, collaborating globally, developing test cases, methodologies, and AI-based automation solutions.

What you’ll do

• Guide verification effort direction
• Provide verification support to design projects
• Develop test cases/Stimulus for functional coverage
• Participate in verification methodology and environments
• Co-work with international colleagues on new verification flows
• Develop and maintain test benches and vectors
• Identify verification pain points for AI-based automation

What you’ll bring

• Good communication skills and teamwork
• Gate level simulations with delays and logic schematic analysis
• Analytical capability for complex CMOS/gate level circuit designs
• Proficient with Verilog simulations

Nice to have

• SystemVerilog, PLI coding experience
• UVM Test Bench experience
• DRAM, SRAM or other memory field experience
• Timing analysis Setup/Hold and critical data path timing analysis
• AI-assisted tools experience for verification productivity
